General Terms and Conditions – LABottega Camere
1. Property and Location
LABottega Camere is a guesthouse located in Marina di Pietrasanta (Lucca), in the heart of Versilia.

2. Reservations
Reservations can be made through:

the official website

online platforms such as Booking.com and Airbnb

integrated booking engine

3. Cancellation Policies
We offer three booking options, each with a different cancellation policy:

Non-refundable rate: full prepayment is required at the time of booking. No refunds in case of cancellation or no-show.

Flexible rate: free cancellation up to 2 days before check-in. Prepayment is required and fully refundable if cancelled within the allowed period.

Deposit rate: a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable under any circumstances.

4. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in: from 3:00 PM

Check-out: by 11:00 AM

5. Payment Methods
Accepted payment methods include:

Credit/debit cards

Bank transfer (only for direct bookings)

The required payment terms depend on the selected rate

6. Included and Optional Services

Free Wi-Fi throughout the property

Air conditioning and heating included

Shared kitchenette available for guest use

Cleaning service available upon request, with extra cost

Breakfast available by reservation only, to be requested by 11:00 PM the night before, subject to extra charge

7. House Rules

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property

Pets allowed with a €20.00 surcharge per stay

Please respect quiet hours and common areas, especially during rest periods

8. Tourist Tax
A tourist tax, as required by the Municipality of Pietrasanta (LU), is applied and must be paid on site according to current local rates.

9. Liability and Damages
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its furnishings during their stay. Any damage will be charged. The management is not liable for lost, stolen, or unattended personal items.

10. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)
LABottega Camere ensures compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – EU Regulation 2016/679). Personal data is processed solely for booking management and legal/tax obligations.
